Welcome to BYLAHROUCHI. By placing an order on our webshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
BYLAHROUCHI is an online store offering modest clothing. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, and terms at any time.
2. Orders & Payments
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment must be completed before the order is processed. We accept iDEAL, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
4. Returns & Exchanges
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- The original tag must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of our products, such as loss of data, income, or business opportunity.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, we aim to resolve them amicably. If that fails, they will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
