At By Lahrouchi, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within our return window under the conditions below.

Return Period
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s)

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order

How to Return an Item
Contact us at ahroucha@hotmail.nl with your order number and reason for return

Wait for confirmation and return instructions

Package the item securely and send it to the provided return address

Retain your proof of postage until the return is processed

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
