Shipping Within the Netherlands
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

Shipping Method: Standard parcel shipping via trusted local couriers (PostNL, DHL, or equivalent)

International Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the European Union. For international shipping inquiries outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on the destination

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link

Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel in real-time. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at ahroucha@hotmail.nl.

Delays or Issues
While we do our best to ensure fast and reliable delivery, unexpected delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or customs. If your order is taking longer than expected, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Wrong Address or Delivery Failure
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. By Lahrouchi is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
